If you enter your own bank details into your Boilerplate Settings (such as account name, sort code and account number), this information is encrypted using AES-256 industry-standard encryption before being stored. This ensures that your financial details remain protected against unauthorised access. Only you, the account holder, can view or update this information inside your GigBookingsPro account.

When you enter details about your clients, you act as the Data Controller under UK GDPR. We act as a Data Processor and only process this information according to your instructions.

GigBookingsPro uses only essential cookies for login sessions and security. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

GigBookingsPro retains only the information stored within your subscriber database account. The platform does not store copies of emails, PDFs or attachments generated by the system.
- Account & booking data: retained while your subscription is active
- Database data: permanently deleted upon account closure (unless required by law)
- Server logs: retained for 20i’s standard rolling period (typically 30–60 days)
- Backups: handled automatically by 20i (typically retained up to 30 days)
- Payment records: stored securely by Stripe, not by GigBookingsPro
GigBookingsPro does not store messages, email content, PDFs, or document attachments.
