These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GigBookingsPro, a cloud-based booking management platform owned and operated by Scott Morton.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service – the GigBookingsPro application, tools, templates and features.
- Subscriber – anyone who creates an account.
- Account – your login and stored data.
- Subscription – your paid plan after the trial.
- Content – booking data, client details, notes, uploaded files.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during signup.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
4. Licence to Use
You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence to use the Service. You must not copy, reverse-engineer, share or redistribute any part of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, features, branding, PDFs, templates, designs, workflows and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Scott Morton.
6. Subscription, Trials & Billing
6.1 Free Trial
Trials may be offered or withdrawn at any time.
6.2 Subscription Plans
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
6.3 Payment
Stripe handles all payments. Failed payments may result in account suspension.
6.4 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. No refunds for unused time.
6.5 Price Changes
We may revise prices with 30 days' notice.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure your data is accurate
- Follow UK GDPR when entering client data
- Use email tools responsibly
- Do not use the Service for spam or illegal activity

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we handle, store and protect personal data.
9. Service Availability
We aim for excellent uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting or third-party failures may cause temporary downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, profits or indirect damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for payment issues or misuse.
12. Acceptable Use
- No scraping or exporting data in bulk
- No automated bots or malicious activity
- No probing or testing vulnerabilities
13. Emails & Communications
You must ensure platform emails comply with GDPR and anti-spam laws.
14. Changes to the Service
We may change or improve features at any time.
